How do you get snow not to stick on your snow plow?

I have a fisher snow plow for my F-250 and some of the pant has warn off. I was wondering if they make a product to stop the snow from sticking. I also bought it used and someone decided to paint it the same color with a spray can. Even with light snow it sticks to the plow, and that stinks because i plowing then i put my plow down to back drag and i have to back drag again because the snow comes off when i put it down. Thanks.
